Our client is looking for a vibrant Junior Property Manager to join their thriving team in Frenchs Forrest! The ideal person for this role will have a proven track record of a strong work ethic and have the ability to work as part of a team and also autonomously. This role is ideal for someone hungry who is looking to lead and continue their growth within the property industry.

About the Role

- Aid in managing a clean portfolio of 240 alongside senior property manager
- Effectively manage Landlord and Tenant communication
- In-going, out-going and routine inspection process
- Relationship building with landlords
- Arrears management
- Manage all lease renewal negotiations

About You

To be considered for this role the ideal applicant will possess:

- Real estate experience preferred but not essential
- Proven problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment
- Current Real Estate Agent License or Certificate of Registration




- Knowledge of NSW Residential Tenancies Act and relevant property legislation
- Current Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong customer service focus
- A positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Local area knowledge
- Lead by example and provide direction to property managers
- Full working rights in Australia (Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)
