Your New Role
As the Risk and Governance Strategic Insights Manager, you'll be responsible for leading initiatives that strengthen business performance, governance standards and risk management practices while ensuring the quality, accuracy and effectiveness of risk and governance reporting.
- Support and deliver the Business Risk & Governance strategy and key improvement initiatives.
- Review business processes, identify gaps and risks, and recommend solutions to improve outcomes. Deliver clear and accurate risk,
compliance and governance reporting and insights.
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities, providing practical recommendations to support business decisions.
- Prepare reports, presentations and governance papers for senior leaders and committees.
- Build strong relationships across the business while promoting effective risk and governance practices.
About You
You’ll be a strategic thinker who enjoys solving complex problems, connecting the dots across multiple sources of information, and influencing positive business outcomes.
- Solid experience in risk management, governance, compliance or audit within a regulated environment.
- Ability to apply a strategic and pragmatic risk lens to complex business issues.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking capability.
- Experience developing executive-level reporting, governance papers and business insights.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across multiple teams.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for enhancing governance and business performance.
