The Opportunity

This is a senior role for someone who wants to influence more than project outcomes.





Working closely with clients and leadership, you will:

Lead complex projects from planning through to delivery

Act as a trusted advisor to clients

Build and strengthen long-term client relationships

Manage consultants, contractors and stakeholders

Drive cost, programme and quality outcomes

Contribute to business development and growth opportunities

Contribute to the continued success and growth of the Melbourne office

You'll have exposure to a diverse range of projects across living, city-shaping, education, infrastructure and other sectors

About You

We're looking for a genuine senior practitioner.

You won't succeed in this role by simply managing programmes and producing reports. We're seeking someone who combines strong technical capability with commercial awareness, leadership skills and a natural ability to build relationships. You will be comfortable working closely with clients, identifying opportunities, and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

You will bring:

Significant experience in client-side project management, development management or consultancy

A proven track record delivering complex property, construction or infrastructure projects





Experience managing senior stakeholders and building long-term client relationships

Strong commercial and business acumen

Demonstrated experience in business development, managing client relationships and contributing to the growth of a project portfolio

Excellent communication and leadership skills

The ambition and capability to progress into a future Project Director position

Experience across mixed-use, city-shaping, education or major development projects will be highly regarded
