Oscar Security Group is an established security provider with more than 14 years of industry experience. We deliver professional, reliable and compliant security services across Sydney’s hospitality venues, licensed premises and major events.

We are currently recruiting professional and reliable Security Officers to join our Sydney team.

Available Work

- Permanent night shifts
- Ad hoc and casual weekend shifts
- Event and crowd-control shifts
- Upcoming October long-weekend event at Homebush
- Twelve-hour event shifts available

Mandatory Requirements

Applicants must have

- A current NSW Security Licence with the appropriate classifications
- A valid NSW RSA Competency Card
- A current First Aid Certificate
- Australian working rights
- Robust communication and customer-service skills
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- The ability to remain calm and professional when managing difficult situations
- Reliable transport, particularly for late-night shifts
- The ability to commit to accepted shifts, including nights, weekends,



public holidays and twelve-hour event shifts

Previous experience in event security, crowd control, pubs, clubs or licensed venues will be highly regarded.
