We are seeking a compassionate, reliable Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred care for a female participant living with Disability . This role is based in a welcoming family home and offers a mix of weekday and weekend shifts, including active sleepovers.

About The Role You will be supporting a participant who resides with his family in a family home . The participant has chosen to remain living in her own home and requires.

Service Days & Hours Weekdays

- Day shifts
- Short day shifts
- Evening shifts
- Saturday
- Sunday

Versatile rostering available depending on availability. Key Responsibilities

- Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
- Providing self-assistance support
- Manual handling and mobility assistance
- Supporting community access and social participation
- Delivering consistent and respectful care with a mental health–informed approach
- Working collaboratively with family members within the home

Essential Requirements

- Previous experience supporting clients with Brain Injury or similar complex needs (highly regarded)
- Mental health experience
- Ability to perform manual handling safely




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable approach to care
- Female applicants only (genuine occupational requirement)
- Certificate in Aged Care or Disability is highly preferred
