We're partnering with a global media agency that's become the market leader within the Higher Education sector. With continued year-on-year growth, they're looking for an Account Director or Senior Account Director to join their Sydney team and help deliver world-class campaigns for some of Australia's leading universities.

This is a genuine opportunity to become a strategic advisor to your clients rather than simply managing campaign delivery.

What you'll be doing

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of key client accounts,



building long-term partnerships while working closely with media specialists to deliver outstanding campaign outcomes.

Your role will include:

- Leading strategic client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor.
- Working closely with internal media specialists across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and ATL.
- Helping clients solve business challenges through innovative media strategies.
- Leading quarterly and annual business reviews.
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Managing campaign delivery while maintaining exceptional client service.
- Mentoring and supporting junior Account Managers.
- Collaborating with strategy, planning and investment teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Contributing to recent business opportunities and agency growth.

About You

You'll probably have:
