An opportunity now exists for a Client Advisor (Senior Accountant) to join the Melbourne team. Working closely with experienced leaders, you will gain exposure to a varied portfolio of clients while receiving hands-on mentoring and the opportunity to further develop your technical and advisory skills.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage a portfolio of business advisory and taxation clients, including relationship management, workflow and WIP
- Build strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service
- Participate in or lead client meetings
- Review financial statements, tax compliance and advisory work, identifying opportunities and risks
- Review and sign off on client work with confidence
- Prepare advice on financial, taxation and business matters for senior review
- Research technical issues, including Division 7A, and provide practical recommendations
- Mentor and support junior team members through technical guidance and coaching
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to broader team and firm projects
