Senior Analyst: Portfolio Analytics (12-Month Contract)
A leading property investment manager is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their Analytics team on a 12-month contract, reporting to the Head of Analytics.
This role will take responsibility for portfolio analytics across a high-quality mixed-use portfolio, comprising of office, retail and industrial properties.
The portfolio is backed by high quality institutional investors and represents approximately $3bn in AUM, offering strong market exposure and career development potential.
About you:
- Proven experience in property portfolio analytics, ideally spanning office, industrial and retail sectors
- Retail exposure highly regarded
- Solid AI literacy, particularly Microsoft Copilot
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-calibre environment
Package: $160,000 to $170,000 inc of super
