Following a record year and with a strong pipeline ahead, a highly regarded advisory firm is expanding its Melbourne M&A; team with the appointment of a Senior Associate or Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Transaction Services skilled who wants to transition into lead advisory and gain broader transaction experience from beginning to completion. It would also suit someone already working in M&A; who is ready for greater responsibility and career progression.

You’ll work across live buy side and sell side mandates, gaining exposure to deal strategy, financial analysis, preparation of transaction materials, buyer and investor engagement, due diligence coordination and execution through to completion.
