Commercial Litigation | Senior Associate / Special Counsel

Our client is a well-established Brisbane based law firm looking to appoint an experienced commercial litigator to join its growing team.

Importantly, the firm is open to lawyers looking to work 3, 4 or 5 days per week , making this an excellent chance for someone seeking greater flexibility without compromising on the quality of their work.

The practice acts across a broad range of matters including:

- Commercial and contractual disputes
- Shareholder and business ownership disputes
- Construction and insolvency litigation
- Supreme Court and Federal Court matters

You'll work closely with experienced Partners on sophisticated litigation while enjoying genuine mentoring, autonomy and direct client exposure.





The role will suit lawyers with 5-10+ years' PAE in commercial litigation.

Experience in construction or insolvency litigation will be well regarded but isn't essential.
