The role

You will work across a range of property matters, including:

- Acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial and retail leasing
- Development-related property work
- Retirement living transactions and related property matters
- Property due diligence
- Drafting and negotiating commercial and property agreements
- Managing transactional matters from commencement through to completion
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members
- Supporting client relationships and broader practice development

About you

You will ideally have

- 5+ years’ post-admission experience
- Strong commercial property and transactional experience
- Experience across leasing and/or development matters
- Exposure to retirement living would be highly regarded
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Experience managing matters independently
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to supervise and support junior lawyers

This is a strong prospect for a property lawyer looking for quality work, senior-level responsibility and the opportunity to further develop within a broad commercial property practice.
