About the Role

- Deliver end-to-end bookkeeping and financial management services across a portfolio of clients
- Support clients with financial systems setup, transition, optimisation, and training
- Mentor and review work completed by consultants and trainees
- Prepare management reports, forecasts, and financial statements
- Manage payroll, GST/BAS lodgements, reconciliations, invoicing, AP/AR,



and broader bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain regular communication with clients and liaise with supporting accountants

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience as a Senior Bookkeeper or Management Accountant, ideally within public practice
- Solid working knowledge of MYOB and Xero
- A commercial outlook paired with robust client-facing and team leadership skills
