Key Responsibilities
Launch & Brand Strategy
- Lead development and execution of the end‑to‑end launch readiness for Survodutide in Australia
- Build and implement Integrated Customer Plans aligned to pre‑launch and launch milestones
- Develop segmentation, targeting and positioning strategies grounded in deep customer insight
- Define value proposition and messaging across obesity and metabolic health stakeholders
Commercial Planning & Performance
- Develop robust launch scenarios and business cases aligned to launch readiness and ICP
- Monitor brand performance and optimise investment based on ROI and market dynamics
- Lead competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision‑making in a fast‑moving market
Cross‑functional Leadership
- Act as the central connector across Medical, Market Access, Sales, Regulatory, and regional teams
- Lead agency partners to deliver best‑in‑class omnichannel campaigns
- Support field force readiness, including value communication and customer engagement frameworks
Execution Excellence
- Deliver high‑impact omnichannel campaigns, congress strategy, and customer engagement plans
