Salary: $160-180k + super.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a growing technology organisation delivering complex digital and business transformation initiatives. Working across business and technology teams, you will play a critical role in translating business challenges into practical technology solutions, improving processes and ensuring projects deliver measurable outcomes. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will take ownership of requirements and analysis across multiple technology initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders, product, engineering and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead requirements gathering, discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops across complex technology projects.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria.
- Analyse current-state processes and identify opportunities for automation, digitisation and process improvement.
- Partner with Product Managers, Developers, Architects and Project Managers to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Lead process mapping, gap analysis and impact assessments across current systems and technology implementations.
- Support UAT, implementation and change activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.




- Manage competing stakeholder requirements and provide clear recommendations to senior leadership.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement and prioritisation.
- Identify project risks, dependencies and opportunities throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support continuous improvement across BA practices, documentation and delivery frameworks.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

- Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst.
- Strong technology, digital transformation or systems implementation experience.
- Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting complex business and technical requirements.
- Excellent process mapping, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management capability.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, cloud platforms or enterprise systems highly regarded.
- Experience across AI, automation, SaaS, ERP or CRM transformation would be desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to challenge requirements and influence senior stakeholders.
