Senior Business Analyst – Business Case & Investment Analysis

- Up to $1,192.80 per day

- 12-month contract

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support major telecommunications investment, strategy and business case initiatives.

Key responsibilities

- Develop business cases, funding proposals and investment submissions.

- Undertake financial, commercial and cost-benefit analysis.

- Build financial models and assess investment options using Excel.

- Gather and synthesise technical, operational and financial information.

- Translate complex information into transparent recommendations for senior executives.

- Prepare presentations, briefing papers and decision-making materials.

- Support governance, assurance and stakeholder engagement across government and external partners.

Selection criteria





- Experience in business case development, investment analysis, commercial analysis, strategy or transformation.

- Strong financial modelling, Excel and PowerPoint capability.

- Experience preparing executive-level recommendations and presentations.

- Government, infrastructure, technology or telecommunications experience is highly regarded.

- Candidates from a management consulting or corporate finance background are strongly encouraged to apply.

This role is focused on strategic analysis, investment decisions and business case development rather than traditional process-mapping or systems BA work.
