Description

We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations, and for developing and implementing effective health and safety policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-10 years of experience in the job market context of India.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate corrective actions
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety issues
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root cause and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of all safety-related activities
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and mitigate potential safety risks
- Communicate regularly with management to provide updates on safety performance and issues

Skills and Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-10 years of experience in HSE management in the job market context of India
- In-depth knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations
- Robust leadership and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures
- Experience conducting inspections and investigations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, etc. will be an added advantage
