About the role

As a Gaming Attendant, you will focus on providing superior customer service in a friendly and warm atmosphere. We are looking for experienced, motivated, and outgoing gaming staff to come on board. The right candidate will have a passion for providing patrons with the best hotel experience and maintaining our top customer service reputation.

The position currently available is casual,



working to a roster which will include covering nights and weekend shifts.

Your overall responsibility is to lead by example through the execution of top customer service, your ability to work both independently and in a team environment, possess excellent grooming and presentation, as well as, great communication skills.

Skills and experience

- Hospitality experience in the beverage and gaming service industry
- Display a permanent focus on service and customer experience.
- Ability to learnthe tasks of a Gaming Attendantand cashiering duties, whilst following gaming procedures.
- Has a reliable, honest attitude and the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure in a quick paced environment, whilst working as a team player.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be professionally presented and groomed at all times.
- TAB, Keno, Poker Machine operations experience is essential.
- Will hold relevant certificates including (QLD) RSA and RSG.
- Passionate, committed and responsible staff is what we are looking for, as well as those who can be flexible and available to work nights, weekends, public holidays
