We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager to join our growing property management team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised professional who enjoys working independently while delivering high-quality service to landlords and tenants.

About the Role

You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio and ensuring a high standard of communication, administration, and client service.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct routine inspections and prepare inspection reports
- Communicate professionally with landlords, tenants, tradespeople, and other stakeholders
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with contractors
- Assist with tenancy matters, lease renewals, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Handle data entry, document management, and general property management administration
- Assist with Tribunal / NCAT matters where required
- Maintain accurate records using property management software
- Support the wider team with daily portfolio management tasks





About You

- A current NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
- A current driver’s licence and access to reliable transport
- At least 2 years’ experience in property management or real estate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage tasks independently and prioritise workload effectively
- A proactive, positive, and professional approach to work
- Experience with NCAT or Tribunal matters will be highly regarded
