We're now looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team and help ensure the Club's financial operations continue to run smoothly and efficiently.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working autonomously, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to play a key role in supporting the financial success of a community-focused club.

Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for the day-to-day bookkeeping function, preparation of monthly financial reports, taxation requirements, payroll, and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Processing payroll and maintaining payroll records
- Preparing monthly management accounts in accordance with Australian accounting standards
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts including bank accounts, prepayments, accruals, provisions, depreciation and clearing accounts
- Managing BAS, payroll tax and other taxation obligations
- Assisting with financial reporting and month-end processes




- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance requirements are met

About You

We're looking for an experienced bookkeeping professional who can confidently manage the Club's accounting and reporting requirements. You will have strong bookkeeping skills, experience reconciling balance sheet accounts, and the ability to work accurately and independently to meet reporting deadlines.

High-qualified but not essential:

- Experience in a similar role within a Registered Club
- MYOB experience
- More than 3 years' bookkeeping experience
- Experience with S7000, Analyst and SenPOS systems
