Your Role as an Experienced Team Member

- Leading by example, setting the pace, and supporting your teammates.




- Taking ownership of key stations - grill, wrap, dress bench, floor, or till.
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences with confidence and efficiency.
- Assisting in training and mentoring current team members.
- Keeping the restaurant running smoothly with attention to detail.
