Senior Accountant to Manager - Lead Clients, Mentor Staff, Grow Fast

About the Role

You will be an integral part of a growing team, with an opportunity to work closely and with direct contact with the partners of the firm. You will also be encouraged to manage client relationships whilst managing the following tasks:

- Manage a portfolio of business clients




- Managing a team of junior/intermediate accountants whilst working directly with the Director
- Completing year-end Financial Accounts and Income Tax Returns (for all entity types)
- Provide proactive tax planning and business advice
- Preparing business analytical data (financial ratio's, benchmarking, etc.)
- Completing all other statutory compliance requirements (BAS, ITR, etc) along with Virtual CFO Services
- Providing input on strategy, marketing and processes to assist growing the business in the right direction
- Work on challenging clients
- Collaboration with our other departments

About the Applicant

We are seeking highly motivated and driven individuals. To be successful you will have the following attributes and qualifications:

- Degree Qualified (Major in Accounting)
- 4+ Years Experience
- Highly skilled with Xero
- Highly skilled with Microsoft Office
- Be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be target driven
- Confident, well presented, self-motivated, attention to detail and excellent communication skills
