The McArthur Aged Care Team is growing, and we're looking for experienced and reliable Personal Care Assistants to join our agency team across Brisbane and surrounding areas.

No two days are the same in agency work. One day you're supporting residents at a boutique facility, the next you're helping a larger team deliver exceptional care. If you enjoy variety, flexibility, and making a difference wherever you go, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Need

? Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)

? Minimum 12 months of paid experience in an Australian Residential Aged Care facility

Please note: Agency staff are expected to be adaptable, highly skilled, and ready to make an impact from the moment they arrive. For this reason, this role is not suitable for newly qualified Cert III graduates.

- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
- Blue Card
- Yellow Card
- Current First Aid & CPR

? Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

Shift Availability

Most shifts are:

- Monday to Friday
- Predominantly AM shifts
- Opportunities for additional shifts based on availability and demand
