Early Childhood Educator (with Diploma or working towards)

Are you a motivated Early Childhood Educator who is working towards a Diploma qualification or already is Diploma qualified, and who would like the opportunity to be part of a team of high quality Educators to operate a new long daycare centre to serve the local community?

- Diploma or Certificate III working towards Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience in an Early Childhood Service
- Proven ability in all areas of administrative procedure, curriculum development, parent and community liaison
- Proven experience in educational programming and observation analysis




- Demonstrated knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Current Provide an Emergency First Aid response in an Education and Care Setting qualification
- Current ACECQA approved Anaphylaxis and emergency asthma management training
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Accredited Child Protection TrainingAbility to program and provide high quality programs for all children.
- Possess excellent computer, verbal, and written communication skills.
- A strong work ethic

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, educators, staff, and management to deliver best outcomes for families and children.
- Develop and contribute to the educational program under the direction of the Educational Leader, Centre Director and Approved Provider to provide a high-quality program for all children.
- Assist with the smooth running of the room in line with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures under the direction of the Lead Educator.
