About the role

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to run our upcoming commercial projects (includes civil works) across our sites within Ipswich region.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Daily communication with the Project Manager regarding works in progress.

Direction of crew including subcontractors.

Ensuring a continuous and active site presence to manage site personnel and machinery.

Controlling and signing off on deliveries.

Ensuring efficient production and quality of works from subcontractors.

Explaining the Key Performance Indicators to all onsite staff.

Your experience in all of the following areas will be highly regarded

Minimum 5 years experience in the commercial landscape industry.





Minimum 2 years experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.

Trade Qualification in Horticulture and/or Landscape Construction.

Working at Heights & Yellow Card (desirable).

Sound knowledge of horticulture.

Processing purchase orders, timesheets, budget trackingand associated site paperwork accurately is essential.

Experience with concrete placement, masonry works, paving and timber work.
