About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our Clarks Chermside team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong retail leader who thrives on delivering results, developing teams, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
- Drive sales performance, including UPT, ATV, and conversion
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure premium in-store experience
- Manage daily store operations including rosters, stock, and visual merchandising
- Analyse store performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures





What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Commercial mindset with a focus on driving sales and KPIs
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Passion for footwear and customer service
