Our Client

Our client is a standout player in Sydney's premium residential managed building sector. Operating as an integrated property solutions provider for over 15 years, the firm brings more than 55 years of combined experience to the table, specialising in building management, property management, and settlement services.

Your Duties

Sharing your time between two sites:

- A super-lux brand new build in Dee Why
- A boutique building in Manly, this role will see you responsible for:
- Effective management of all contractors on site, including performance, and ensuring work is carried out to a high standard
- Ensuring all building procedures are maintained
- Liaising with Owners, Executive Committee members and Service providers
- Providing guidance and advice on annual expenditure and budgets




- Working hand in hand with the Defects Coordinator
- Maintaining up-to-date documentation and compliance
- Attending scheduled Committee meetings and Annual General Meetings

What we're looking for

The right candidate for this role will not only have a great attitude but also:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Able to commence mid-September.
- An organised and structured person.
