Senior C#/.NET AI Engineer | LLM & AI Product Engineering

Sydney (Hybrid) OR Remote Across Australia | $200,000-$250,000 + Super

I'm partnering exclusively with a global SaaS business to hire a Senior C#/.NET AI Engineer , someone who has successfully built and shipped LLM-powered products into production .

This is not an AI research role, and it's not about building demos or internal chatbots.

This is a software engineering role first, where you'll be designing and delivering customer-facing AI capabilities used by thousands of users across Australia, the UK and the US.

You'll work on initiatives including:

✅ Natural language querying

✅ AI-powered proposal generation

✅ Agentic workflows

✅ Intelligent workflow automation

✅ AI-assisted document and invoice generation

We're looking for someone with:

• Robust commercial experience building backend applications with C#/.NET

- Proven experience shipping production AI and LLM features to real customers

• Experience with technologies such as RAG,



prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool and function calling, embeddings, vector search and modern AI engineering practices

- A passion for building high-quality software that solves real customer problems
