The Chance
Reporting into the Commercial Finance team, you’ll work closely with Operations to provide meaningful financial insights that support better business decisions.
This is a highly visible role where you’ll spend time partnering with site leaders, understanding manufacturing performance and identifying opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
You’ll be responsible for everything from forecasting and operational reporting through to product costing, variance analysis and capital investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Operations to improve manufacturing performance
- Lead forecasting, budgeting and operational reporting
- Own product costing and manufacturing variance analysis
- Support new product launches and capital investment decisions
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability
- Deliver commercial insights that support operational decision-making
About You
- Experience within FMCG or manufacturing is essential
- CA or CPA Qualified
- Strong understanding of product costing and manufacturing finance
- Proven ability to build relationships across Operations
- Commercially minded with strong analytical capability
- Someone who enjoys asking questions, challenging the status quo and adding value
