Due to the award of a new contract and rapid growth within our business, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our branch in Maddington and play an integral role in the Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Fleet Supervisor to join our team on a rotating 3/4 days, 3/4 nights, 3/4 off, roster.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who has worked in a similar role for 3-5 years and wants to further develop their career with a business that will only grow from strength to strength in the future. You must have a sound understanding of the laws and regulations relating to the operation of heavy vehicles, transportation, driver fatigue and accredited mass management.

What skills are needed for the role?

Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships throughout all levels of the business, especially with employees from all different backgrounds and demographics

Strong leadership skills that result in achievement of goals and KPIs

An understanding of cost imperatives relating to the effective scheduling of the fleet

Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)





Excellent time management andproblem solving skills

Intermediate levels of computer literacy especially MS Excel, Outlook and Word

Knowledge and understanding of WHS and Main Roads Legislative Frameworks
