Mitchell Shire Council is seeking an Environmental Projects Support Officer to help drive recovery and resilience after the January 2026 Longwood Fire. The 12-month, part time (60.80 hours per fortnight) role supports planning, coordination and delivery of environmental recovery activities across our communities.
You will work with the recovery team, engage landholders, monitor environmental actions and promote sustainable land management while building community preparedness for future events.
