Through our Australian Bollards division, we supply and install industry-leading bollards, hostile vehicle mitigation (HVM) systems, perimeter security solutions, access control products, and custom steel fabrication for commercial, government, industrial, education, healthcare, and infrastructure projects.

As our business continues to expand, we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our growing team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving customer problems, and contributing to major projects across Australia.

Working closely with our Business Development, Estimating, and Project Delivery teams, you'll manage customer enquiries, prepare quotations, identify new sales opportunities, and help customers select the right security and infrastructure solutions.

You'll receive ongoing training and product support while working with one of Australia's most respected suppliers in this specialised industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and website

- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and pricing

- Proactively follow up quotations to maximise sales conversion

- Review project opportunities through EstimateOne and other tender platforms

- Assist with tender submissions and project pricing

- Process sales orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery





- Build strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, facility managers, and commercial clients

- Provide product advice and technical information

- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems

- Support Business Development and Project Sales activities

- Identify opportunities to grow existing customer relationships and generate current business

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

You will ideally have:

- Experience in Internal Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, Estimating, or a similar role

- Experience using EstimateOne (highly desirable)

- Experience within construction, building products, steel fabrication, manufacturing, security, or infrastructure industries (preferred)

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Excellent organisational and time management abilities

- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities

- High attention to detail and strong administration skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

- A positive, self-motivated, and solutions-focused approach

- Mandarin language skills (highly regarded)
