Job Description

West End Luxury Pty Ltd We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist who has extensive knowledge of implementation of marketing strategies for diamond jewellery sales including knowledge of the manufacturing, development and creation of designs.

This role reports to the Directors and the CEO of the Company. Responsibilities: Identifying market opportunities and advising on the development, coordination and implementation of plans for promoting customised diamond and gold jewellery. Advising directors on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, creating consumer awareness and effectively promoting the attributes of customised diamond and gold jewellery.

Advising on aspects of marketing such as product mix, advertising and sales promotion, and distribution channels. Planning, developing and organising advertising policies and programs, and marketing objectives to support sales targets and business growth. Researching potential demand and market specifications in Australia and the neighbouring countries for customised diamond and gold jewellery, and other new products through collection and analysis of data.

Monitoring performance of implemented plans, reporting on regular basis and providing insights as may be required by the business. Creating, scheduling and publishing marketing content to our website. Assessing how our pricing strategies impact on the business profitability through implementation of statistical models.





Collaborating closely with the sales team to align or marketing activities with the business objectives while ensuring key performance indicators are met.

Education: A bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Commerce or Business. Work Experience: At least 5 years of work experience in a marketing specialist role or similar.

Desirable qualities: Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to solve problem and make decisions effectively. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment where tight deadlines are to be met.

Ability to work both independently and in a team workplace. Familiar with social media platforms, email marketing tools, google ads & analytics, CRM systems, SEO/SEM basics About Company West
