We are an independent and privately owned busy dental practice in Cleveland, Brisbane with a team of dentists having special interests in all areas of dental. The practice has been in operation for over 30 years making it well known within the community. The clinic is well established in the area with a loyal patient base. We are a team that is motivated to constantly improve and strive to be at the forefront of the dental industry.

This position is a rare opportunity for a dentist to wants to join a team that has a excellent workplace culture and the mindset to do excellent dentistry. We place a lot of value of continuous education and candidates that are motivated will be highly valued.

We are also looking for someone that strives for excellence in dentistry, is a good communicator and has an eagerness to learn. We have the trinity of digital dentistry: 3D Printing, Milling & Scanner. And a bonus CBCT /Lat Ceph. Play with all the toys !!!!

Days that can be offered:

- Looking for 4 days Full Time.

- Long standing lovely patient base with a lot of opportunity for fixed pros work, rehab and implants.
- Teaching opportunities in house for all aspects especially in fixed pros, ortho,



endo and implants by great generalist and visiting special interest dentist.
- One-On-One in house mentorship program (if required) in all aspects such as patient communication, DSLR photography, portrait photography, fixed pros/rehab, orthodontics, Invisalign, endo, surgical exo, treatment planning and dental implants. Accelerate your career to the moon
- Modern and evolving equipment with Trios 3shape scanner + Smile Design Studio (DSD), digital x-ray, implant equipment, implant surgical motor, DSLR camera, intra-oral cameras, rotary endo, softbox photo studio setup, nitrous sedation and access to IV sedation if required.
- In-house CADCAM Milling machine (wet & dry) + furnaces
- 3D Printing (We 3D print everything from models to ALL-on-X temporaries, veneers and more!)
- New handpieces, ultrasonics, new compressor and suction motor means you can work with new modern equipment.
- Online support resources and training for new/recent graduates clinicians.
- Longer appointment time rotations available 45-60minutes to allow reduced stress, improve quality of work and build patient rapport.
- CPD leave is encouraged.
