Senior Delivery Lead - Digital - Sydney

The Opportunity

As the Senior Delivery Lead, you'll work across a portfolio of customer-facing digital products and platforms, partnering closely with Product, Engineering and Design leaders to improve delivery maturity, remove friction and create consistency across the organisation.

You'll help define what great product delivery looks like by coaching teams, standardising ways of working and ensuring delivery is predictable, transparent and focused on customer outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coach and support multiple cross-functional product squads to improve delivery performance.
- Drive consistent Agile delivery practices across the organisation.
- Improve planning, dependency management and cross-team coordination.
- Establish meaningful delivery metrics and reporting, including velocity, throughput and team health.
- Partner with Product Managers,



Engineering Managers and Design leaders to continuously improve ways of working.
- Balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Must Have Experience:

- Leading delivery across multiple cross-functional digital product teams within a product operating model.
- Partnering with Product Managers and Engineering Leaders to deliver customer-focused digital products.
- Coaching Agile teams and improving delivery maturity through modern delivery practices.
- Managing cross-team dependencies, delivery planning, risks and impediments across multiple initiatives.
- Implementing and optimising delivery tools and practices using Jira and Confluence.
- Influencing stakeholders and driving change without direct authority.
- Operating in fast-paced digital transformation or product environments where you've helped establish or improve ways of working.

Highly regarded:

- Experience supporting an organisation transitioning from project delivery to a product operating model.
- Experience establishing delivery standards, governance and consistent ways of working across multiple teams.
- Experience in large enterprise or complex digital environments delivering customer-facing products and platforms.
