Join SDN Randwick as a Diploma qualified Senior Educator in a permanent part-time role working Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 24 hours per week, in our 2-3 years toddler room. About The Role

As Senior Educator at SDN Randwick, you will play a key role in our 2–3 years toddler room, creating a calm, engaging and inclusive learning environment where children feel safe, connected and curious. Working closely with the Room Leader, educators and families, you will help deliver meaningful play-based programs that support each child’s learning, wellbeing and development. Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families, supporting strong partnerships and a genuine sense of belonging

Plan, deliver and reflect on play-based learning experiences that are responsive to children’s interests, strengths and developmental needs

Create safe, stimulating and inviting indoor and outdoor learning spaces that encourage exploration, independence and confidence

Use observations, documentation and reflective practice to support high-quality learning outcomes aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Standards

Support children’s daily routines, care needs and wellbeing with patience, consistency and respect

Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture by modelling professionalism, initiative and strong communication

Support educators in day-to-day practice, helping create an inclusive and high-performing team environment

Maintain child-safe practices and support compliance with service policies, procedures and early childhood regulations About You Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care





Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards

Hold a current Working with Children Check, First Aid qualification and approved Child Protection training

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Have relevant experience in a similar role in early Childhood education and care What is on offer Above award pay and conditions (plus WRP)
