About the role

Iconic Recruit are looking for a Retail Manager to join a respected industry leader in property management. You will play a key role in building and nurturing retailer relationships, tenancy management, and contributing to strategic planning across a small portfolio of shopping centres.

This role is perfect for an experienced Retail Manager or a strong Administration Manager ready to step up and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain robust relationships with retailers and key stakeholders.
- Support the development of annual business plans, budgets, and P&L; reporting.
- Oversee tenancy management, debt collection, and explore casual mall leasing and other income opportunities.
- Track monthly sales performance, coordinate reports, and support KPI development.




- Assist in ensuring compliance and best practice in centre operations and safety protocols.

Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role – ideal for experienced Retail Managers or Admin Managers ready for the next challenge.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
