Performance Marketing Expert – Part-Time

1 Day per Week | Flexible/Hybrid

ParagonIT is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Expert to manage and improve our digital marketing campaigns on a part-time basis.

This role is ideal for a results-driven marketing professional who can plan, execute, analyse, and optimise campaigns that generate qualified leads and measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms.

- Develop lead-generation campaigns for ParagonIT’s managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, automation, and AI services.

- Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, and market research.

- Create and test campaign messaging, advertisements, landing pages, and calls to action.

- Monitor campaign performance, conversion rates, cost per lead, and return on advertising spend.

- Optimise campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.

- Implement and maintain conversion tracking through Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and advertising platforms.

- Provide a clear monthly performance report with results and recommendations.





- Work with management to develop practical marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

About You

- Demonstrated experience managing successful B2B performance marketing campaigns.

- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.

- Experience generating leads for technology, skilled services, SaaS, or B2B organisations.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on campaign data.

- Experience with landing-page optimisation and conversion-rate optimisation.

- Excellent written communication and advertising copywriting skills.

- Able to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance.
