The Opportunity

We are looking for either a Qualified Sheet Metal Fabricator (Trade Certificate III) OR a Motivated Apprentice to join our workshop team.

What the Role Involves

- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Operating fabrication machinery (guillotines, folders, rollers, plasma cutters).
- Welding (TIG/MIG) and assembling sheet metal products.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment.
- (For Apprentices) Learning the trade from the ground up, attending TAFE, and working closely with qualified mentors to master your craft.

What We Are Looking For

If you are Qualified:





- Trade Certificate (Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade or equivalent).
- Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
- A reliable, safety-first mindset.

If you are applying for an Apprentice position:

- A genuine interest in fabrication, engineering, or hands‑on mechanical work.
- Strong math skills (crucial for measuring and cutting accurately).
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability.
- Pre‑apprenticeship courses are a bonus, but not required.

General Requirements (Both):

- White Card (or willingness to obtain one).
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
