We are looking for a motivated and reliable Copier Technician to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

As a Copier Technician, you will:

Install, service and repair photocopiers and multifunction devices.

Diagnose and resolve technical faults both on-site and remotely.

Provide excellent customer service while working at client locations.

Maintain accurate service records and reports.

Work independently while managing your daily schedule.

Current Australian Driver's License.

Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).

Strong mechanical and/or technical aptitude.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Full Australian working rights.





Previous experience servicing photocopiers, printers or office equipment desirable but not essential

Basic IT and networking knowledge, including setting up devices on customer networks and troubleshooting connectivity issues.

Experience with Windows operating systems and network printing would be highly regarded.

Manufacturer certifications are an advantage but not essential.

In house training provided.
