Part-Time Veterinary Nurse – Greencross Bundaberg

Greencross Bundaberg is looking for a part‑time Veterinary Nurse (approximately 28.5 hours / 3 days per week) to join our growing team.

About The Clinic

As one of two Greencross clinics in Bundaberg, this clinic is co‑located with Petbarn and fully equipped with contemporary facilities, including:

- Fully equipped surgical suite for routine and complex procedures
- Dental suite with dental radiography
- Radiology and ultrasound imaging
- Dedicated dog, cat, and isolation wards
- In‑house diagnostics with blood machines and pathology equipment

Our team values collaboration, efficiency, and shared learning. All nurses are Cert IV qualified or above.

About The Role

This is a hands‑on nursing role with variety across all areas of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

- General nursing duties, including pre‑ and post‑operative care, pathology, and emergency/critical care
- Assisting with procedures and performing minor procedures where required
- Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness across the clinic, including surgical areas
- Supporting patient care and workflow within a team‑based environment
- Managing client enquiries in person, via phone, and email

About You

- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)




- Minimum 2+ years’ clinical experience
- A calm, friendly, and positive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, hands‑on attitude
- Experience with team‑based care (highly regarded)
