As Venue Manager, you'll own day-to-day operations while building strong relationships with guests, team members, and the wider community.About the RoleYou'll be responsible for the venue's overall performance — financial results, team leadership, compliance, guest experience, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a medium-sized hospitality teamDrive sales, profitability, and operational performanceManage labour, wages, and cost control targetsDeliver outstanding guest experiences across the businessMaintain compliance with liquor licensing, gaming, food safety,
