The Client

When you join this global freight forwarder you will lead and mentor an experienced team while maintaining and developing existing relationships.

The Position

- Manage the day-to-day sea export operational tasks to meet customer requirements

- Complete export functions, coordinating bookings with shipping lines, liaise with overseas agents

- Act as the primary point of escalation and contact for customers

- Arrange transport and liaise with transport companies

- Ensure accurate export documentation

- Track shipments and update customers on delays or changes

- Maintain processes and provide continuous improvements

- Oversee team productivity and provide ongoing training

The Requirements

- Export sea freight experience in freight forwarding

- Cargowise experience preferred





- Ability to lead/mentor an experienced team

- Freight forwarding experience within the Australian market is essential

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

- Proven strengths in leadership and client engagement
