Lead the Geology Technician team in the performance of underground geological activities and core yard duties required to facilitate the safe, efficient, and cost-effective extraction and growth of the mineral resource.

About the role:

- Lead and mentor the Geology Technician team.
- Manage daily core yard operations and processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely geological data collection and entry.
- Conduct QAQC on sample collection, documentation, and dispatch.
- Support surface and underground sampling and mapping activities.
- Promote a solid safety culture and ensure compliance with site procedures.

About you:

- Previous underground gold mining experience
- C Class drivers manual license
- Previous supervisory experience would be highly regarded
- INX and LMS experience
- Experience incident reporting, investigation, effective controls, and safe work practices.
- Knowledge and understanding of Work Health and Safety Act 2020 and Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations 2022
