About The Opportunity

This is a Leading Hand position, not just another set of hands on the tools. The primary purpose of this role is to take ownership of the site:



leading crews, mentoring the next generation of electricians, and keeping projects running smoothly from rough-in through to final completion.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Leading on-site, running your own jobs, coordinating trades, materials and workflow from start to finish
- Mentoring and developing apprentices and junior electricians, setting the standard for quality and safety
- Owning timelines and quality control, keeping every site organised and on track
- Executing hands-on electrical work across premium residential projects
- Liaising professionally and confidently with builders, clients and suppliers
- Travelling to work away when required by the job

About You

The successful candidate will have:

- Minimum 5+ years of post-trade experience in residential electrical work
- The confidence and presence to step up, lead by example, and run a site, not just work on one
- White Card and Full Driver's Licence
- Own tools and qualified presentation
- Solid working knowledge of AS/NZS 3000 standards
- NSW Electrical Licence highly regarded, not essential, as international licences will be considered
