Whatyou’lldo

As an EmploymentConsultant,you’ll:

Support participants toidentifyand address barriersimpactingtheir employment goals.

Build engagementwith participants through regular coaching,encouragementand accountability.

Navigate challenging conversations and support participants who may be reluctant or resistant to change.

Connect participants with employers, training opportunities and communitysupports.

Manage a caseload while maintaining compliance, accuraterecordsand employment outcomes.

What you’ll bring

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Experience in Employment Services, case management, community services, corrections, healthcare,rehabilitationor similar fields.
