Project Manager – Insurance Transformation | Broker Platforms

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong Insurance domain expertise to join a major, executive-sponsored transformation program.

The Opportunity

This is a high-profile role leading a large-scale Broker transformation program across a complex insurance technology landscape.

You’ll drive delivery across multiple strategic initiatives, working with executives, business leaders, technology teams, and vendor partners to shape and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap.

This role is ideal for a Project Manager who has successfully delivered enterprise-wide transformation in the insurance sector.

Key Initiatives

- Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-stream transformation project
- Own project governance, planning, risks, dependencies, and reporting
- Drive alignment across business, technology, architecture, delivery, and vendor teams
- Manage interdependencies across platforms, products, and workstreams
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Oversee financials, resourcing, delivery tracking, and vendor performance
- Ensure delivery outcomes align to strategic business objectives
- Support successful change across a large and evolving insurance ecosystem

What We’re Looking For





- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering large-scale transformation programs
- Track record leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives with multiple workstreams
- Experience operating across both strategy and execution
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, governance, and executive communication skills
- Strong capability in managing delivery across internal teams and external partners

Highly Regarded Experience

- Broker platform transformation
- BMS or core insurance system replacement
- CRM transformation
- Enterprise integration, APIs, cloud, or modernisation programs

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 10+ years’ experience in program delivery, transformation, or portfolio leadership roles
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to influence across executive, business, and technical stakeholder groups
