Are you a strong writer with an eye for design? Looking for a role where you can build your skills across content, marketing, branding and sales enablement while working with an experienced and supportive team?

GRC Solutions is looking for a Communications Coordinator to help bring our brand to life through compelling content, polished marketing collateral and engaging customer communications.

This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years' experience who is ready to take ownership of projects, expand their skills and grow their career in a leading APAC technology and professional services business.

Working closely with our Chief Revenue Officer, Sales team and subject matter experts, you'll help shape how our brand is presented across digital channels, campaigns, events and customer-facing materials.

What You'll Be Doing

Content & Communications

Create content for EDMs, LinkedIn, social media, websites and marketing campaigns.

Write blogs, case studies, thought leadership content and event communications.

Maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice across all channels.





Create brochures, one-pagers, capability statements and campaign assets using Canva.

Develop polished PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks and customer-facing materials.

Manage branded templates, imagery and marketing assets.

Partner with the Sales team to develop compelling customer-facing collateral.

Support webinars, events and industry conferences.

Convert proposals, case studies and product information into effective sales tools.

About You

You'll likely have a few years of experience and be looking for an opportunity to broaden your skills and grow your career.

We're looking for someone who has:

2-3 years' experience in communications, marketing, content or copywriting.

Excellent writing and editing skills.

Strong Canva skills and a good eye for design.

Experience creating skilled PowerPoint presentations.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

A proactive, collaborative and can-do attitude.

Experience in B2B, SaaS, professional services or regulated industries.

Basic video editing skills.

Experience with brand guidelines or messaging frameworks.
