Front of House Team Member

What you'll do:

- Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top‑tier service mindset.
- Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement.
- Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed.
- Take pride in your venue, making sure it’s well‑stocked and ready to impress at all times.
- Own your space! Be trained in all areas and whether you’re behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A‑game.
- Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and teammates safe.
- Take opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate guests’ needs.

What you've got:

- Uniqueness and a passion for fun.
- Energy, enthusiasm, positivity – and bucketloads of it!
- Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport.




- A love of interacting with diverse range of guests – teens, kids and adults.
- Excellent availability, must be available on weekends and nights.
- A valid RSA and WWCC or willingness to obtain them.
