Woods & Co have partnered with a leading Energy Consultancy, seeking a driven C&I; Lead Generator to join a high performing sales team, uncovering and qualifying opportunities for experienced Energy Consultants.
Our client helps thousands of Australian businesses reduce their energy costs through expert broking, tariff analysis and tailored energy solutions. With a strong reputation across the C&I; space, they work with clients ranging from bakeries and restaurants through to large manufacturing operations.
As a C&I; Lead Generator, you'll engage medium to large Australian businesses, introduce our energy solutions, and secure qualified appointments for our Commercial & Industrial consultants.

What you'll do:
- Make 30 to 40 outbound calls per day across a mix of warm and cold leads
- Manage deal cycles of 2 to 3 weeks, from obtaining the client's energy bill through to tender and close
- Build and manage a pipeline of C&I; clients across industries such as bakeries, manufacturing and restaurants
- Work with C&I; clients with accounts worth several hundred thousand dollars
- Report to the Sales Manager, with oversight from the CEO
What you need?
- 2+ years in B2b Sales workplace ideally within Energy, Utilities or a similar sales based organisation
- Confident, resilient phone manner suited to high volume outbound sales
- Self motivated with the drive to build and manage your own client pipeline
- Comfortable managing a full sales cycle from lead through to close
