Support Worker – Supported Independent Living (SIL)

We're looking for compassionate, reliable Support Workers to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team.

Our participants thrive with support workers who are calm, patient and emotionally regulated. If you're someone who can remain composed under pressure, communicate respectfully and build genuine, skilled relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role

- Support participants to live as independently as possible in their own home.
- Assist with personal care, domestic tasks, meal preparation and community access.
- Promote choice, dignity and supported decision-making in line with the NDIS Practice Standards.
- Complete clear, accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the wider team.

We're looking for people who:

- Have excellent spoken and written English.
- Can communicate clearly with participants, families and health professionals.
- Have a calm,



patient and reassuring nature.
- Are reliable, professional and maintain appropriate boundaries.
- Can work independently while also being a supportive team member.
- Are committed to person-centred practice and respecting participant choice.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Blue Card (where required).
- Current First Aid & CPR.
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete).
- Experience in SIL or disability support is highly regarded, but we also welcome applicants with the right attitude, emotional maturity and willingness to learn.
